    To reserve a confirmed spot in each course, students must register and make the minimum deposit payment to secure their space in that class. Final course payment is due 30 days prior to the start of each class. Not all classes have a deposit payment.

    All payments are final. If a student must cancel out of the course and does so 30 days prior to the start of that class, 50% of that course payment can be used in a future class up to one year. The remainder will be a cancellation fee.

    Weather at times may be a factor in offshore training. If that situation occurs during the days of the scheduled course, the instructor will ensure that only safe conditions are available for effective training. All training that can be conducted in a safe learning environment will occur. If safe conditions are not available, students have up to one year to make up the ocean training.
